An accurate program recommendation depends on seeing your dog in person. The evaluation is where Peter moves from what you’ve described to what he observes.

A Professional In-Person Evaluation

The evaluation fee may be credited toward an approved program when the training agreement is signed and payment—or confirmed third-party financing—is completed within 14 calendar days of the evaluation.

Attendance language

All household decision-makers should attend. Anyone who regularly handles the dog is strongly encouraged to participate.

Preparation language

Bring your dog on a secure leash, all equipment you regularly use, high-value treats, favorite toys, and any relevant veterinary or prior-training records.

Location language

Evaluations may be conducted at Monarch’s facility or, when appropriate and specifically scheduled, at the client’s home.

Primary owner required. Other household members who handle the dog are encouraged to attend.

Your dog on their regular collar and leash. Any equipment you currently use. Vet records if behavioral history is a factor.

Disclosure: Clients are asked to disclose any known behavioral history, prior incidents, medical conditions, and any prior training at or before the evaluation. Withholding relevant information is grounds for declining the engagement.
